Jennifer Johnson earned her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Counseling with an emphasis in College Student Services. Jenn spent 10 years in Higher Education, 4 years in event management and 5 years in Human Resources, recruiting engineers for summer intern and entry-level roles for tech companies. Before the pandemic; she and her partner, “Scuba Steve”, planned to live location independent, teaching English and scuba diving all over the world. After losing both of her parents in less than a year, Jenn and her partner finally took the plunge and moved from Texas to Costa Rica so she could take time to sort out what she is truly passionate about and pursue a career path that will not come with a 401K.
