In 2021, she made the happy leap into recruiting, and now sources and hires top talent for the types of roles she used to seek. A creative at heart, Rose is a trained actor and improviser. She performs and teaches improv comedy at Austin's Hideout Theatre, helping others overcome social anxiety and improve their public speaking skills.
